ADI Accredited and Verified are earned by accreditation and by certification we check at the certifying body. There is no way to buy either.

Credentials outrank money.

Listings sort by credential level first and by paid tier only within a level. A free ADI-accredited program always appears above a paid unaccredited trainer.

No registrations, ever.

No government agency registers or licenses service dogs. We do not sell registrations, certificates, ID cards or vests, at any price.

Paid placement is labelled.

Where a placement was bought, it says so on the card. You should never have to guess which listings are advertising.

QUESTIONS

Before you pay us anything

Does paying get me a verification badge?

No. Badges are earned. ADI Accredited comes from Assistance Dogs International accreditation, confirmed at the source. Verified means we checked a professional certification with the body that issued it. Neither is for sale, and a paid plan does not move you closer to either.

Will paying put me above better-qualified trainers?

No. Listings sort by credential level first. A paid plan only moves you within your own level. If an ADI-accredited program is on your city page, it appears above you whether it pays us anything or not.

What happens if I cancel?

Your listing stays. It reverts to a free listing with the same credential badge it always had. We do not remove real trainers from the directory for not paying, because people rely on it to find help.

I run a nonprofit program. Is there a rate for us?

ADI-accredited programs get Professional at no charge, permanently, with no card on file. Other registered 501(c)(3) organisations get half off Featured. Claim your listing and tell us in the notes.

My listing is wrong. Do I have to pay to fix it?

Never. Claiming is free and always will be. We would much rather the directory were accurate than charge you to correct our own data.

I am not in the directory at all.
